About the Company - Saba Well is an outsourced finance operations company serving mid-market, multi-entity businesses in the US — accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, month-end close, general ledger, and compliance reporting, delivered through a dedicated India-based delivery team. We currently manage finance operations for clients across healthcare, non-profit, and services sectors, working inside stacks like Bill.com, QuickBooks, Paylocity, Procurify, and Athena Health.
We are now building the technology layer on top of that operating business: an AI-native platform where autonomous agents handle the invoice processing, reconciliation, and reporting work that our finance teams do manually today, with our finance operators moving into oversight and exception-handling roles rather than pure execution.
